Experienced Arabic and English teacher with over 8 years of experience I'm Adel Samy, I'm 29 years old I'm interested in growth, realizing my potential, and helping others do the same. I've mastered English language and started working as an English instructor at a young age, then shifted to an Arabic tutor which is my native language. I'm so much into chess, and I also play the piano. I always look for opportunities to sharpen my skills and acquire new ones, and I believe everyone should. As a teacher, I've been teaching languages since I was 20. In the first two years I taught English and then I realized how much fun and fulfillment I would get from teaching Arabic, my native language, to non-native learners. I have helped many learners achieve their goals regarding Arabic language, especially Egyptian Arabic and Arabic culture. My teaching style is all about creating a personalized lesson that serves your main goal. I work with you on certain skills that are necessary, through focusing our practice on what matters most to you. The more I get to know about you and what you want, the more detailed and effective our lessons can be.

From the first lesson with Adel, I could tell that he knew what I was looking for. Quality Egyptian Arabic conversation without much English...attainable difficulty but not TOO easy. He always pushes me to take that next step in vocabulary or listening comprehension. Whereas some other teachers might speak too slowly, Adel only slows down after a couple unsuccessful attempts to get his meaning. He is not intimidating and always has a positive attitude. One more thing is that he provides resources (songs and media suggestions and reading material) for those who need it, and he can provide more teaching-style lessons, although I'm just looking for conversation. I can't recommend Adel more highly.
