The class materials I use have clear, concise explanations to avoid overwhelming students. I guide them through reading, conversation, translation, and short sentence analysis to improve their Italian. Homework will be assigned and reviewed together to correct mistakes. I also provide extra resources, such as articles and study files I prepare, and recommend optional books for independent learning.

Luca is a very structured professor and you can tell he really is passionate about languages and the teaching of languages. He has prepared more of his own learning materials and homework than I have ever seen before. I can tell that we will make strong progress.

Luca is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make sure that you fully understand the points he is teaching. He has fully prepared course materials. My sense is he is more appropriate for the serious learner, rather than someone that wants to learn a few phrases. That said, I am sure he certainly could do that too. So far, Luca has been exactly what I wanted. He is patient, calm and deliberate, but he also expects you to be prepared. He wants to get the best out of you, son he will push you out of your comfort zone. I highly recommend Luca, but be prepared to work hard and learn.
