Hi, I'm Sevi grew up in a town surrounded by lakes and mountains in Switzerland and live in the capital Bern. Swiss German and German are my native languages. I'm pretty experienced in speaking English, I have basic knowledge in French and I am currently learning Spanish and Arabic. I love spending time with my family & friends, skiing, surfing & playing music with my friends.Me as a Teacher
I am a Swiss German and German native speaker and i've been teaching for a few years now.
I am patient & empathic and honest. I am very passionate about teaching languages & enthusiastic, cause I know how much fun & motivating it is when you make progress :) I am empathic and a good listener. I am aware that you are in my lesson to learn, so making mistakes is normal and helps you becoming better :)My lessons & teaching style
I am very easygoing and here to help you, no matter if you are a beginner or advanced, we can have conversations about any topic you like and I will also support you with pronunciation and vocabulary. My teaching style is laid-back but with the right amount of accountability cause I want you to make progress too. Communication is very important to me. We can have spontaneous conversations or you tell me what you would like to learn or speak about and we plan our lessons according to your wishes or I can also set a topic if you wish that. Let me know if you would like to have a lesson time which is not available in my calendar and we can coordinate something :)5.0

This was my last lesson with Sevi since I am focusing on other things in my life. I wish I could still work with Sevi because she has been so good at teaching me Swiss German since it is her native tongue! I've learned so much in a 3 month period. I recommend Sevi for anyone looking to understand and speak Swiss German or German. She provides the best materials and lesson plans to help her students be best prepared. I have a feeling if you stay dedicated to learning from Sevi and doing your homework and studying...there's no reason why you can't be proficient in Swiss German or German. Thank you Sevi for your patience with me as your student and for being understanding. I wish you the very best!!!
