TEFL certified, with a passion for learning and cultural exchange! My name is Jodie, born and raised in Liverpool. I'm currently learning multiple languages, which means that I understand the struggles of learning a new language, and have been able to experiment with different methods in order to learn. I also understand how rewarding it is to notice each improvement along the way! I love to read, cook and eat, travel and hike, watch films and series, and love to learn. 📝 People truly learn whilst having fun, therefore I like to make our lessons casual and enjoyable. I am patient, friendly and organised, and always like to have a laugh. 😄 I have an accredited TEFL certificate, so am certified to teach English as a foreign language. This means that we can also focus on aspects of grammar that you find difficult, and we'll approach it in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.📄 I will always ask which methods you prefer to use in our lessons. I actively make corrections and help you to expand your vocabulary so you sound more natural and fluent, as well as encourage you to step out of your comfort zone. We will address consistent errors or mistakes, and will work on these areas together until we are both confident and satisfied! You'll sound like a Brit in no time. 😉
