Hello there, My name is Stephanie. I am originally from Ireland but I currently live in Spain. I enjoy yoga, travel and sculpture. I have lived extensively in Italy, London, New York and Spain. I enjoy meeting and conversing with people from different cultures. I hold a BA in art history and philosophy and I am also a TESOL certified English teacher. I'm currently working daily as an English teacher in Spain and I have also taught English online for the past two years. As a teacher I am warm and patient with my students. I am happy to teach all levels from beginner to advanced students. My lesson are more conversational. Through the years I have found that conversation practice is the most important aspect of learning a new language. Throughout our conversations I will explain correct sentence structure, pronunciation and grammar.

I've been practicing English with Stephanie for five months. I started with general speaking lessons and now take Business English classes, and I'm really happy with my progress! We discuss a wide range of interesting and relevant topics, from everyday workplace situations to broader business and economic issues. Our classes go beyond textbooks and focus on real-life communication. They have helped me significantly expand my vocabulary, sound more natural, improve my communication skills, and become more confident when speaking English. For example, I used to hate small talk, whereas now I can easily keep a conversation going with almost anyone. I highly recommend Stephanie's Business English classes!
