I always genuinely look forward to talking with Ichirou! I am always amazed by how he can tailor his vocabulary and speed of speech to match my level of understanding. He always has something interesting to talk about, but also is a patient listener and is kind enough to talk about topics that I have interest in when I bring them up. Despite always naturally being nervous I will say or do something rude, Ichirou's patience and kindness always helps make me feel comfortable to be myself and be willing to make the mistakes I need to in order to improve. Plus, he is a great conversationalist and interesting person, so I genuinely enjoy our conversations as conversations and not just as lessons. 30 minutes of talking once seemed like an eternity, but now it feels too short. You won't find a better teacher!

Ichiro san is definitely is the best teacher out there! He is a wonderful listener, superb conversational partner and of course an amazing teacher who can help to refine your Japanese! Thank you!

Ichiro Sensei is a very good teacher , On the beginning of my lessons I used to speak only 30 minutes since I didn’t believe I could withstand one hour of speaking Japanese,, After several times , I was so encouraged to speak for an hour. Now the hour pass very fast. 本当にありがとうございます

Ichiro is so lovely. He speaks really clearly and at the perfect speed to understand without making me feel stupid! He is really encouraging and patient when it takes me ages to think of a word and time goes by really fast in his classes. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a fun teacher.
