Hi! My name is Rebecca, I am a polyglot, language-lover, and English is my native language. I was born and raised in Perth, on the west coast of Australia, and I currently live in the countryside on the east coast of Australia.
I speak Italian, French and Arabic (Egyptian dialect) to a B2-C1 level, and I am a beginner student in Serbian (A1). This means I know exactly what is involved in learning a language. I've been on the exact same journey as you!Me as a Teacher
My job is to help strengthen your speaking & listening skills by giving you an opportunity to practice your English in a safe environment, where it's OK to make mistakes, stumble and learn (without the intense pressure of speaking to native speakers 'in the wild')!
The focus of this class is to practice SPEAKING! So many of us learn languages by learning grammar or taking classes in school. If this is you, it probably means you've had plenty of practice reading and writing English -- the problem is you don't have any means of practicing your speaking skills!

Each class is an informal conversation between us. We'll cover different topics each time so that you can strengthen your vocabulary in multiple areas of your life (so that you don't accidentally master vocabulary in one field and then not know how to speak about any other subject!).
In this way, we'll make sure you get to the highest level of English fluency possible.
Whether you're learning English for your career, for your personal life, or to give yourself more opportunities in life, I am here to help you make sure you achieve all of your English fluency goals.
