About Me I’m 48, half Italian and half British, based in Rome. I work as a Video Director and have 8 years of experience teaching Video Production in an Italian high school. I enjoy both teaching and languages. Me as a Teacher My lessons focus on conversation first. We talk about art, culture, science, news, politics, sports, and everyday life. From there, we move into grammar when needed. Being half British, I can switch to English anytime to support you. I also like exploring etymology—understanding word origins helps you build vocabulary faster and more naturally. My Lessons & Teaching Style If you’re a beginner, we start with structured grammar using a book, combined with listening, ex Hi, I have 8 years of experience in teaching in an Italian highschool. My lessons are focused on CONVERSATION. We start from there, speaking about art, culture, science, news, politics, sports... and of course your everyday life. From there we can dive into GRAMMAR whenever is needed. Also, I am half British, so switching to English is always an option. I also enjoy to discover, together with my students, the word ETYMOLOGY. English and Italian languages have a lot in common. Discovering the origin of the words a is a nice way to learn languages and it will be easier to build and memorise a vocabulary.
