Structured Persian Lessons for Real-Life Fluency | Speak with Confidence from Day One Are you dating, married to, or in love with someone Persian? Or maybe you're a heritage speaker who grew up hearing Farsi but never learned to read or write it? I'm Mohsen — a professional Persian tutor with 6,000+ sessions and 15 years of teaching experience, and I specialize in exactly these situations. I help partners of Persian speakers go from "salam" to real family conversations — the kind that make in-laws smile and connections deepen. I also teach the Persian alphabet from scratch, using a proven method that gets complete beginners reading and writing in weeks, not months. Beyond the basics, I bring Persian to life through culture, history, and daily life — drawing on my background as a tour guide, interpreter, and host of Podgap, a podcast with 140+ episodes made for Persian learners. Whether you want to speak naturally, read your first words, or finally feel at home with your partner's family — I'll get you there. Practical, warm, and always enjoyable. Let's start.

Mohsen is the best! He is a fantastic teacher and just a generally fun and nice guy. He keeps things entertaining and is able to adjust based on your skills and what you hope to achieve. He knows Persian culture inside out. A year ago the Persian alphabet was totally not something I was planning on learning and lo and behold I just finished all the letters today. Mohsen is professional, he's on time and always available to answer questions. I look forward to my weekly lesson and can't wait to get started in 2022! Thanks for a great year Mohsen!

Mohsen continues to be an amazing teacher! He prepares thoughtful lessons, is a pleasure to converse with, and introduces me to great new vocab and cultural knowledge. My mother and her friends have noticed a big improvement in my Farsi over the last few months of lessons with Mohsen. Highly recommend :)

He's great! One lesson so far, but I enjoy his approach and energy. He seems thorough and responsive to what I want to learn and take away from this experience.

I had a wonderful 30-minute trial lesson with Mohsen! He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and he tailored the lesson to my personal goals from the very beginning. Even in such a short amount of time, I learned how to say a few useful sentences, understood how to use "I" and "you," and even gained some fascinating historical and linguistic context about why certain words are formed the way they are in Farsi. The lesson was packed with valuable content without ever feeling rushed, and he also provided excellent study materials, including audio recordings to help me practice my pronunciation, which I really appreciate.
