Certified TEFL teacher with over 5 years teaching experience at both adult and young student level Born and raised in England, I bring an authentic British perspective to my teaching. My professional background is rooted in a long career as an Air Force engineer, during which I traveled extensively and gained a wealth of international experience. For the five years prior to relocating to Vietnam, I taught aircraft engineering to military students aged 17 to 35, combining technical instruction with practical English language development. Outside of work, I am passionate about swimming, golf, and exploring new cultures—I have even bungee jumped several times in New Zealand. Now residing full-time in Vietnam, I am dedicated to helping students from all backgrounds enhance their English skills, whether for conversation, interview preparation, business, or technical purposes. If you are seeking a teacher with genuine international experience and a passion for both education and adventure, I look forward to working with you.

Another interesting conversation with Alan again. I really enjoyed the interaction very much and I was given ample time to articulate my ideas. It’s ideal for practising my spoken English.
