Russian for English speakers/Russe pour les francophones I run a lot, own a cat, read a lot and have logged 102 movies into my Letterboxd just last year, so I bet we'll find at least something in common! I've had the luck to do quite some travel and study abroad, which made me something of a global citizen. I also study Political Science and keep up with the currents events so I'm always open to using the news as a study material, if that's something you're into! I create a friendly and supportive environment in my classes and am always ready to adapt to your needs and goals! Having learned many languages myself I totally understand the frustrations that come with learning a new language as an adult and am ready to put my best teaching practices to use to help you improve your Russian! I strongly believe in immersion-based language learning and communicative approach. I structure my lessons around engaging conversations and authentic materials, supplementing them with modern teaching resources and visual, interactive elements. Regular practice is key to progress, and I'm always excited to share tips and ideas for continuing language practice between our classes!
