Joana is an extremely patient and nurturing instructor. She always gives me the confidence I need to feel comfortable with my learning. I highly recommend her to students that desire a instructor that is energetic and fun.

My trial lesson with Joana flew by. It was a productive 30 minutes. She was patient as I spoke Portuguese and gave me feedback after I was done speaking, which I appreciate because I could immediately understand my mistakes.
