Living in Jakarta, Indonesia

A multilingual business enthusiast with 7 years across Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan! I hold degrees from Kyungsung University (Busan) and an MBA, blending academic rigor with real-world experience as a former Research Analyst. Fluent in English, Indonesian, Korean, and conversational Chinese, I specialize in **practical language training for professionals**—whether you’re prepping for an interview, negotiating deals, or just love learning cultures. Let’s turn mistakes into breakthroughs! I serve as a Teacher at one of the biggest English Cram school chains in Taiwan since 2019. I like teaching. As a teacher, I believe that I have the superpower to give my students new knowledge and they leave with something they do not have before. It brings me joy and satisfaction to see my students grow. improve and excel in what they do. There is one rule in my class. Make mistakes. Make a-lot of them. That way we can learn and improve. My experiences and knowledge in business have equipped me to deliver not only an ordinary language class but also a language class at the business level, which is very useful if you are an executive, manager or just to impress your boss! ;) PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK MY LESSON: I am pretty flexible with rescheduling (max 3 hours before class) BUT please kindly note that every language class has different prices; thus, I will teach you one language per class only. Thank you.

Michelina is really patient, enthusiastic and explains things clearly. The best part of her lessons is that her experience as a language learner, combined with her English fluency, allows her to really understand my perspective and teach accordingly.

Michelina has a wide ranging general knowledge and I find her very engaging to talk to. Having grown up in Jakarta, and worked in the business world, she is a brilliant resource for learning both local slang and more formal language.
