Speak English Naturally With a Friendly Native Speaker Hello! I’m Sunny, originally from Brooklyn, New York, now living in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m TEFL-certified and have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Sociology. For the past 5+ years, I’ve been teaching English online to students from around the world, and I genuinely love what I do. My classes are relaxed, encouraging, and focused on helping you speak English with more confidence and ease in real-life situations. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills for travel, work, friendships, or daily life, I’m here to help you feel comfortable expressing yourself naturally. Because of my background in Journalism and Sociology, I enjoy meaningful conversations and learning about different cultures, perspectives, and experiences. I believe language learning should feel exciting, not stressful. Outside of teaching, I enjoy photography, skating, writing, reading, traveling, and learning Spanish myself, so I understand what it’s like to learn a new language too! If you’re looking for a friendly teacher who will support, motivate, and help you grow your English skills step by step, I’d love to meet you in class!

Sunny is a great teacher and a great person! We had a lesson every day this week and talked about very interesting stuff. The topics Sunny has choosen for our conversation were challenging and interesting. She gave me the confidence to talk about my view of society or humanity in English. Thank you very much for your help! Being your student was a real pleasure!
