みなさんこんにちは！私（わたし）の名前（なまえ）はまいです。日本語（にほんご）のネイティブスピーカーで、今はアメリカのカリフォルニア州に住（す）んでいます。趣味（しゅみ）は旅行（りょこう）と、ペットのインコと遊（あそ）ぶことです♪ アメリカのオレゴン州（しゅう）に１年間（ねんかん）と、イギリスのケンブリッジに1ヵ月（いっかげつ）留学（りゅうがく）をしていたことがあります。日本（にほん）に住（す）んでいた時（とき）は、美術館（びじゅつかん）で働（はたら）いていました。 Hello, everyone! 初心者（しょしんしゃ）やビジネス日本語（にほんご）を学（まな）びたい方へ、楽しくフレンドリーなレッスンを提供（ていきょう）しています。私自身（わたしじしん）、英語学習（えいごがくしゅう）で苦労（くろう）した経験（けいけん）があるので、生徒（せいと）さんの気持（きも）ちに寄（よ）り添（そ）ったレッスンを提供（ていきょう）できるように心（こころ）がけています＾＾ Italkiのコミュニティチューターとして日本語(にほんご）を教（おし）え始（はじ）めて約3年（やくさんねん）経（た）ちました。これからも、日本語（にほんご）を学（まん）びたいたくさんの生徒（せいと）さんのお手伝（てつだ）いがしたいと思（おも）っています♪ 間違えても大丈夫！たくさん間違えましょう！一緒に楽しく日本語を学びましょう♪ I'm studying English since when I was junior high school and still struggling!! so I really understand that learning new language is always interesting and also so tough. But I think the most important thing is that "always have fun!" I'm very friendly and easy-going so relax, feel free talking with me like your Japanese friend(^^)

私（わたし）の授業（じゅぎょう）では、フリートークをメインに行（おこな）っていきますが、もし、自分（じぶん）のテキストや、宿題（しゅくだい）などがあれば、それに沿（そ）って、一緒（いっしょ）に勉強（べんきょう）することもできます。「げんき１」と「いろどり」の勉強もできます！また、私は接客業（せっきゃくぎょう）の仕事（しごと）をしているので、日常会話（にちじょうかいわ）だけでなく、ビジネスで使（つか）える日本語（にほんご）も学（まな）べます。私（わたし）は以前（いぜん）、アメリカに一年（いちねん）、留学（りゅうがく）をしていたのと、大学（だいがく）でも英語（えいご）を学（まな）んでいたので、わからないことは英語（えいご）で聞（き）いても大丈夫（だいじょうぶ）ですよ！まずは、私（わたし）を友達（ともだち）だと思（おも）って、気軽（きがる）にお話（はなし）しましょう！ if you're really a beginner, don't worry about it! I can help you by speaking slowly or I can talk in English a little bit. I can also come up with the topic before classes so that we can have a smooth and comfortable conversation together. hope to watch you grow in your Japanese learning journey★

Mai is a wonderful teacher! She gives challenging lessons to make sure you learn, but is patient and kind throughout the entire process. This is perfect for us because we've had "easy" lessons before where our daughter doesn't learn anything. We love how Mai tailors the lessons for our needs so our daughter learns. Amazing teacher and can't recommend enough! 10 stars if I could!
