I am a professional bilingual Japanese–English language teacher with an international background. Born and raised in Japan, I offer native fluency and deep cultural insight. My education in Australia(B.A. in Linguistics&B.Ed) provides me with a Western perspective on language acquisition. This unique combination allows me to bridge the gap for English speakers learning Japanese. Kara sensei is a great Japanese teacher! In classes, we talk in Japanese for a while before diving into the textbook, which gives a lot of practical practice. Kara is very positive and joyful and makes learning Japanese very fun and enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend taking classes with her.

What a wonderful class. We talked the entire time. Kara sensei constantly wrote notes on the chat for me. At the end she said that we had reviewed lessons 1-6 in the book.
