I’m a historian and archivist, but above all, I deeply love languages and cultures. With two degrees in History, a Master’s in Archives and Paleography, and a PhD at the Vatican Apostolic Library, I have turned my passion for words and history into a teaching method!
I teach Italian, Neapolitan, Latin, and Ancient Greek with a personalized approach, because I believe every student is unique. Whether you love exploring languages, history, or traditions, it would be a pleasure to guide you on your learning journey.

I am a native Italian speaker with degrees in History and Historical Sciences, currently pursuing a PhD at the Vatican Apostolic Library focusing on archives. I have studied English for over five years (C2 certification) and Latin and Ancient Greek at school and university.
I have been teaching Italian and English for 12 years, working with both foreign and local students. My goal is to make every student feel comfortable, confident, and motivated, creating lessons that are personalized, engaging, and adapted to your needs.
Learning with me is not just about grammar or vocabulary—it’s about exploring language, culture, and history together. My lessons & teaching style
My motto is: “The student is the teacher.” This means that in every lesson, you decide what we focus on, based on your needs and interests. I see teaching as a mutual learning experience, which is why I love receiving feedback during our lessons.
Sometimes I prepare materials in advance, and I can suggest apps, videos, movies, books, or TV shows that I find helpful. I can also give optional homework if the student wishes.

I've been preparing to sing a program of Neapolitan songs in concert and my lessons with Olga have been invaluable. She critiques my pronunciation, helps me translate text, and even takes the time to do her own research into the history of each song so that I can have a deeper understanding of them. She even takes the time to analyze recordings of the songs with me. These sessions have made a huge difference for me both linguistically and musically, and I can't wait for more!!
