Hello! My name is Ryan. I was born in the Philippines but I moved to the tiny island of Bermuda ("Bermuda Triangle"), which is an English speaking country, at a very young age and Bermuda is where I now call home. When I was growing up, I spoke two different languages at home which is how I learned to speak both languages fluently. Those two languages are: English and Filipino (Tagalog). I also have my TEFL Level 5 Certificate which allows me to teach English as a foreign language. Some of the things I enjoy are traveling and learning about new cultures! I also enjoy surfing, playing guitar, boxing and cooking. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! My goal is to help students improve their communication skills. As a teacher I am fun, patient and I will make sure that the student is comfortable with speaking English or Filipino (Tagalog) as a foreign language. With my success of learning two languages simultaneously, I will hopefully become a good role model for my future students. I will focus on helping you to improve your communication skills by having conversations and lessons based on your interests and needs. We will work together on the proper use of grammar as well as the correct pronunciation of English or Filipino (Tagalog) words.
