She’s simply the best — professional, kind, encouraging, and good at explaining the grammar. In our HSK 6 classes, we thoroughly investigate the various nuances of the target vocabulary and sentence patterns. In our speaking class, we never run out of things to talk about. I look forward to every class with Honglin and feel so grateful to have found a teacher so good at her job and fun to spend time with!

I have been studying with Honglin for about 9 months now and today we finished the HSK1. 9 months ago I knew like…5 words. Now I can make (simple) sentences and I can understand simple questions (all around the HSK1 Level) and I can even write short texts in Chinese. Honglin has been motivating and very patient with me over that time :) I am very excited to see, where my Chinese-journey will lead me!

I'm also learning about Chinese culture, geography, and everyday life in China. She brings wonderful positivity to the class and is really a joy to speak with, which actually makes it fun to learn Chinese!
