Today I had another great lesson with Mike. We talked about Dutch food and cooking. The Dutch are not known for their culinary masterpieces, but they are famous for their snacks. So, we discussed these snacks accompanied by pictures to explain them in more detail. Mike is genuinely interested in other cultures, so it was a pleasure telling him about some quirky snacks (think raw herring with onions). I am looking forward to our next lesson.

I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to improve their English. He's an incredibly pleasant person to talk to — kind, charming, and a great conversationalist.
