My name is David and I'm 36 years old, Brazilian, and I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have a degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Management and Digital Marketing. Today I have been working with online English classes and love being a teacher. In my free time, I like to learn about finance and spirituality. I also enjoy watching movies and TV series, such as jiu-jitsu, playing video games, listening to music (rock/metal), playing the bass, and traveling!Me as a Teacher
In 2011, I started working as an English and Portuguese teacher in São Paulo. I was responsible for helping foreign students learn Portuguese through practical conversation, listening, introducing new vocabulary, and working on grammar comprehension. Since 2015, I have been focusing on classes for students of all ages. I teach basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.My lessons & teaching style
My classes are focused on my students' needs. I always try to bring the content that best fits them and do my best to develop it comfortably and pleasantly. I've been using materials that help with conversation, new vocabulary, grammar, and listening comprehension. We had a great trial lesson. The conversation felt surprisingly easy and natural, but I also learned a few new words/phrases in that short time! I also enjoyed learning a bit more about the area of Brazil where he is from. I look forward to having more lessons with him!
