Speaking confidence coach Hola! I’m James, like in James Bond. I have been teaching for six years, and I also hold a degree in English Philology. Throughout this time, I have helped students from different backgrounds improve their communication skills, gain confidence, and use language as a way to express themselves. It is incredibly heartwarming to witness how students open up, become motivated to speak, and feel more comfortable in presentations, conversations, and interactions with native speakers. With a background in theater and the arts, along with mindfulness practices and positive learning techniques, I like to incorporate empathy, creativity, and real-world scenarios into my lessons so you can practice English or Spanish freely, with motivation, support, and without fear of being judged. Sometimes, it’s not only about the content we learn, but also about the experiences we have with people while learning a language. My approach is centered on creating a safe and supportive space because I also learned a foreign language and experienced the discomfort of feeling “not good enough” and the frustration of feeling misunderstood. That’s why I decided to become a different kind of guide for my students.
