Hello! My name is Bekah, and I am from the United States. I have always been very passionate about language learning. I have earned degrees in English and business, and have experience in corporate training, higher education, and tutoring. I believe that learning a language is a superpower that opens up new worlds. As a self-taught Spanish speaker, I also understand the challenges of learning a new language from scratch.

Me as a Teacher

My teaching approach is centered around meeting students where they are. I strongly believe in the importance of building a strong foundation before tackling more complex topics. I support students as their guide and cheerleader, providing a framework for success while inviting them to lead their path. I am patient, flexible, and invite questions of all kinds.

My lessons & teaching style

My teaching style is generally interactive and creative, though I can adapt my approach to fit the student's learning style and goals. Some lessons involve lecture-based presentations, while others are more centered around conversation, role-playing, and real-life application of concepts.
