After about 88 lessons with Alen, I’ve really come to appreciate how thoughtful and effective his teaching style is. He explains grammar clearly, reinforces concepts through conversation, and gives feedback in a way that genuinely helps me grow. I’ve become so much more confident speaking because of his approach. Amazing lesson! She really makes the most of the time and only speaks in English when absolutely necessary. When she’s typing the words out she is also saying them many times so you can really hear it and remember it. She also has great materials to go over.

Alain is a really good teacher. We covered a lot and I especially liked a practice conversation we did where I pretended to buy something in Haiti. He showed me a link to a video which I could watch before our next lesson and was very well prepared. Our connection was very good and he is fun to talk to too. I highly recommend him.

Anne is a friendly, open, and dedicated person. She is full of positive energy, and she responded fully to all of my questions and concerns. I'm an intermediate speaker, so we talked in Creole about her country (Haiti) including its culture, music, dance, and places of interest. I highly recommend Anne's services and would absolutely work with her again.

This was my fifth Creole tutor lesson with Lolo and it was another excellent session. Lolo helps me to hear the Creole he speaks, he checks if I understood it, he helps me with anything I didn't understand, and he helps me to speak Creole correctly and to pronounce it correctly too. He provides me with a document of the material he taught during the lesson so that I can review between sessions. He is professionally-friendly, informative, welcoming, fun and he is patient and understanding. I appreciate Lolo and his teaching style very much. I am experiencing progress in my Creole Language Learning Journey. I'm thankful Lolo is a major source of that and I'm looking forward to our next lesson.

I've been taking lessons with Gedeiah almost a year now and I can't recommend her enough! She's one of the best teachers I've ever had. We always have interesting conversations. She does just the right amoung of corrections to make sure that I'm learning without interrupting the flow of conversation too much. We also always have interesting readings. Highly recommend!
