Mi piace scegliere accuratamente i materiali di studio: la mia priorità è rendere la lezione interessante, ricca, ma anche piacevole, in modo da rendere l'apprendimento il più appassionante possibile. L'atmosfera con me è distesa, informale, ma concentrata e precisa; sono molto paziente, quindi non ti preoccupare se farai qualche errore: solo gli errori ci permettono di migliorare!

Matteo Comprehensible Input What kind of tutor am I? I'm not a language-learning guru who can master and teach a new language from scratch in just a couple of weeks — far from it! I've studied many languages myself, and I'm still on the journey. Language learning, for me, is a never-ending process. Because of that, I can guide you through the process and help you avoid wasting countless hours on activities that don't actually lead to real language acquisition. In my lessons, I focus on a manageable amount of vocabulary at first, then work with you to actively retrieve it by building sentences and creating examples together. With every student, I share a Google Doc where we track our progress, one lesson at a time.

Il mio motto è "non smettere mai di imparare", ed è quello che cerco di trasmettere a tutti i miei studenti (oltre all'amore per l'italiano, certo!). After volunteering for an association working with migrats, I realized I wanted to become an Italian teacher. I worked full time as Italian teacher in Milan for several years. I also worked in a language school in China; over time, and thanks to my skills in Mandarin, I specialized in teaching Italian to Chinese people. In addition, I have experience in teaching conversation for all levels, CILS exam preparation, pronunciation, and writing. I consider myself a passionate, empathyc and considerate teacher; I like to make my students at ease during the lesson.

Polyglot Postgraduate degree student in Conference Interpreting I worked as a German teacher in a technical institute for tourism with upper secundary students for one year in 2024. I had the pleasure to work with them on culture, marketing, economics, tourism and technology. Aside from that, I currently tutor students in my free time after their regular school hours.

Tutor Madrelingua Italiana Non ho reali esperienze di insegnamento, durante gli studi facevo volontariato in varie associazioni di aiuto per i migranti e lì davo "lezioni" di italiano; il mio compito era quello di fare appunto conversazione in modo da proiettarli il più velocemente possibile nella mia lingua madre. Inoltre, facevo ripetizioni ai bambini/adolescenti.

Ho moltissimi interessi: il teatro, la danza, la natura, la cucina, la lettura, la musica, la scrittura, il disegno. Ho organizzato laboratori di teatro e di cucina con bambini, adolescenti e adulti, italiani e stranieri. Nei periodi di soggiorno all'estero ho anche svolto attività di insegnamento dell'italiano a singoli e a gruppi. Proprio per questo conosco bene le difficoltà che si possono incontrare a doversi esprimere in una lingua diversa dalla propria. Ma non preoccupatevi, sono qui per aiutarvi!
