- "¡Órale, apúrate!" (Hurry is late!): is used to emphasize an action. Usually when someone is in a hurry or upset.

- "Híjole, ya se nos hizo tarde" (It is late): is used to denote admiration or surprise, normally on negative contexts. It is used at the beginning of a sentence or as a unique word denoting something is not fine.

- "Chance y tenemos suerte" (Maybe we will be lucky) : denotes the possibility of getting or achieving something. It could be used as a single response (ex. -¿crees que ganemos el concurso? -chance) .

- "Eres bien choro" (You're making it up) : denotes that a person who speaks and does not act, also means gossip. In some countries it can be a musical genre or a plant. It is used as an adjective.

- "Estoy agüitado" (I'm sad) : refers to a person that is sad. Is used as a verb so it can be conjugated.

- "¡Órale, que bien!" (Wow, that's nice!): in here is used similar to a "wow" or "ok", usually with an affirmative tone to an answer.

-"Voy a pedir aventón" (I'm going to ask for a ride): it refers to asking someone to give you a ride, is used as a noun.

-"Estás en una buena bronca" (You have a huge problem): it refers to a problem, is used as a noun.

-"Me tienes que decir la neta" (You have to tell me the true): it refers to is a noun that refers to something true. If used as a unique question (¿Neta?)  emphasize that something doesn't sound realistic.

-"¿A poco no te enteraste?" (You didn't know, really?): it is an expression of surprise, its closest translation  would be: really?. Expresses that it is not possible that something has or has not happened

-"Ya conseguí chamba" (I got a job): is a noun that means "job". It is only used in informal contexts.

-"Estoy muy encabronado" (I'm really mad): is a verb that denotes anger.
