To hang out.

"Parchemos hoy." -----> "Let's hang out today."

Literally, the pod of a seed. But we use it ALL the time as a synonym of "thing". 

"Pásame esa vaina". ----> "Give me that thing".

Funny. 

"Eres muy chistosa". ----> "You're very funny".

Literally means "fried". We use it as "crazy".
