It comes from the phrase "e aí?" that means literally "and there [where you are]?". It's an informal way to say "hi", similar to "what's up" in English.

In spoken language, we sometimes repeat "não" before the verb and at the end of the sentence to enphasize the negation. The first "não" usually sounds more like "Num".

"Beleza" means literally "beauty", but we use it as a slang to tell the oter person that you've got the message, just like "okay!" or "cool!". When used in texting, there's the abbreviation "blz".

- Amiga, já pode vir me buscar.
- Beleza, to saindo de casa.
- Blz.

In an informal setting we usually tend to pronounce and write the verb "estar" [to be] like that:
Eu estou =  Eu tô [ou "to"]
Tu estás = Tu tá(s) [ou "ta(s)"]
Eles(as) estão = Eles(as) tão
Nós estamos = A gente tá

"A GENTE" means literally "the people", but is used A LOT in coloquial language in the place of "nós" [we]. The amazing thing about it is the the verbs now are conjugated in the 3rd person, which is 100% easier.

- Sim, A GENTE vai.

"massa" is a northeastern slang that means "cool" or "good". But its literal translation is "mass", "pasta", "dough". Two completely different meanings :)

- Tás assistindo o que?
- Uma série nova da Netflix, é MASSA.

"Beleza" can be used to affirm that you understood something but also to ask and affirm that everything is okay. It can be even used to ask if the person understood you. like:
"vamos pra praia amanhã, beleza?"

"Deus me livre" is the portuguese equivalent of "God forbid", but its literal translation is "God free me". In portuguese, there's no such thing like "Oh my gosh", we just say "Deus" instead. "Meu Deeeeeeus!"

Some people, when saying bye [tchau] to someone, say "vai" [go] instead, even if the person is not going anywhere. As you read in the example, it's even possible to combine the two words, "vai, tchau".
