"Well..."
E.g.  A: ¿Cómo te fue en el exámen?
         B: Pues bien, mejor de lo que esperaba.

"let's see"
E.g.    A: ¿Vamos a la playa mañana?
          B: A ver, ¿cómo estará el clima mañana? Si hay sol 
          vamos.

"I mean", the 3 can be used to explain or clarify a thought or something previously said. 
E.g.   A: ¿Porqué se fue Juan? O sea, ¿le ha molestado algo 
         que dije?

"and then?" / "so?"
E.g.     A: Ayer me llamó Laura...
            B: ¿Y luego? ¿Qué te dijo?
            A: Me ha dicho que tenemos que hablar de algo 
            importante.

"so..."
E.g.      A: Entonces, ¿qué vas a hacer?
             B: Voy a enviar un correo al profesor para solucionar 
            mis dudas.

"Right?" Used to show that we are expecting an answer or reaction to what we said, or we need clarification.

E.g.   A: María dijo que vendrá más tarde ¿no? 
         B: No, María dijo que vendrá mañana.

This word is used while we organize or think about what we want to say in the middle of the sentence

A: ¿Quieres salir conmigo?
B: Este... lo que pasa es que estoy muy ocupada.

"ok", when agreeing with someone-

E.g.  A. ¿Nos vemos en la entrada del cine a las 5?
         B. Sale, nos vemos ahí.

We use it to confirm if we have expressed what we wanted to say.
E.g.   A. Mi madre me ha regalado un vestido, no es mi estilo 
         pero no quiero herir sus sentimientos, ¿me explico?
         B. Si, me pasó igual

Used at the end of a sentence to express conclusion. 
"That's all", "all in all".
Eg. A. Total, la vida sigue.

"it's like", is used to compare something to something else, literally or symbolically. 
E.g. 1. Este viaje es como lo soñé. 
        2. Mi perro es como el tuyo, pero más grande. 
        3. El examen fue como esperaba
