Q: Do you like reading?
A: Yea for sure, I'm a massive fan of reading..

Q: Do you like swimming?
A: Awk I'm not the biggest fan to be honest!

To be interested in or to like something.  
Q: Do you like reading?
A: Honestly I'm not that into reading..

Q: Do you like swimming?
A: Yep! I'm massively into swimming!

To really like something.
Q: Do you like coffee?
A Yep! I'm a bit of a fanatic!

Q: Do you like chocolate?
A: Yea, I'd say I'm a massive addict!

Fanatic/ Addict/ Enthusiast (Common with food & drinks)

To be interested or like something.
Q: Do you like coffee?
A Not really, but I'm quite keen on tea.

Q: Do you like eating out?
A: Awk I'm not that keen on eating out to be honest!
