Expressing Dislikes in English

For example, 'I’m not a huge fan of modern art.' It’s a polite way to say you don’t like something much.

If you want to be a bit more informal, try saying, 'Modern art isn’t my cup of tea.'

This is another polite phrase. Like, 'I don’t really care for modern art.'

To be more direct, say, 'I’m not into modern art.' It clearly shows your lack of interest.

If you strongly dislike something, use 'I can’t stand…' Like, 'I can’t stand modern art.' Be careful, as this is a strong statement!
