Ugadi panduga 

Ugadi marks a new beginning and is known for a special dish called “Ugadi pachchadi,” which is a combination of six tastes or “aaru ruchulu.”

Aaru ruchulu

The six tastes are sweet (Jaggery), bitter (Neem flowers), spicy or pungent (Black pepper/green chillies), sour (Tamarind), salty (Salt), and astringent (Raw mango).
