co-operative
definition: 
(also cooperative) If you say that someone is cooperative, you mean that they do what you ask them without complaining or arguing.
example: a contented and co-operative
workforce

conventional
definition: 
Someone who is conventional has behavior and opinions that are ordinary and normal.
example: a respectable married woman with
conventional opinions

flexible
definition: able to change or be changed easily according to the situation. 
example: We encourage flexible working.

efficient
definition: working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way
example: Technological advances allow
more efficient use of labour.

tolerant
definition: showing willingness to allow the existence of opinions or behaviour that one does not necessarily agree with.
example: They need to be tolerant of
different points of view.

idealistic
definition: believing that very good things can be achieved, often when this does not seem likely to other people.
example:  Idealistic young people died for the
cause.

consistent
definition: always behaving or happening in a similar, especially positive, way. 
example: There has been a consistent improvement in her attitude.

vulnerable
definition: able to be easily physically or mentally hurt, influenced, or attacked.
example: It is on economic policy that the government is most vulnerable.
