It's winter here in Egypt. I'm from Luxor, so it's not so cold. It was cloudy today, but the sun is up. I love winter more than summer, because summer in Egypt, especially Luxor, is very hot. It reaches up to 45. These days it’s 22 Celsius.

You wrote very well! To express the temperature in English, you can say 22 degrees, or 22 degrees Celsius. It’s common to say 22 Celsius, even for English speakers, but it isn’t correct, because 22 refers to the number of degrees.
