There’s nothing wrong with the sentence, but I think that Brits would more likely use start than begin and we usually use the words film instead of movie

The first is asking for a specific time. Answer: 3:00 pm
The second could be a specific time or an approximation. Answer: 3:00 pm, or 15 minutes, or soon.
