What’s the difference between worthy and worthful. Jewelry is worthy . Jewelry is worthful . Are they same?

"worthful" is not really used much although it is in some online dictionaries. "worthy" is a broad word, and can mean deserving of something or worth something. but if you are talking about the price of something like jewelry, you could use "valuable" instead
