1c. "more" cannot be used as an adjective. You could say "greater" instead. 2a,b,c I would say "judge this", though it would not be wrong to say "judge of this" 2c "He has enough of the philosopher" 3a,b,c,d ok with "statesman" 5c comma after "king" 8b "friendly" or "I am a friend of his" 8c "I am friends with him"

1a & 1b & 1d & 1e are all fine. 1c is wrong grammar. 2a & 2b are rare old-fashioned slang usage - some people would say it's wrong but I won't. I would omit "of" in these sentences myself - maybe replacing it with "on" - but such changes are not strictly needed. 2c is very awkward grammar - many people will say it's wrong grammar but I'm not so strict to say that. 3: Are you sure you don't mean "statesman" instead of "statement"?
