Hi, everyone Which expression could I use in this situation? I want to talk about woman that used to dislike dogs until she met a specific dog (Wily) and now she won’t stop fussing over him, always playing with him, petting him, hugging him. I want to say (as a joke) that she spends so much time with that next thing we know she might well (or should I say AS well????) be sleeping in the same bed as the dog. She loves Willy. Now she’s always all over him. She will ALL BUT sleep in the same bad as him” She loves Willy. Now she’s always all over him. She will JUST ABOUT sleep in the same bad as him” Do these expressions sound odd? And could I say “all over him”? Thank you!!!!

No it is grammatically incorrect and is not understandable unless you give some context before and people will be like : ok i think he wants to say she fell heels over head in love with her puppy. To fall heels over head ( in love) with someone. She will just about sleep- does not make sense. In the UK popular expression that we would use is ( he/she) is the apple of my eye My puppy is the apple of my eye. I don’t think it common outside of the UK though. Hope it helps
