Which is correct - I’m good at sports or I am good In sports?

I’m a native speaker, and I prefer “at”. I think I’ve also heard “in”, but “at” sounds better to me. It might depend on the region, though?

in" used when the phrase is followed by verb, whereas  'at' is used when the phrase is followed by a noun.☺️
