I had a OCR run race. (OCR means, you have to do obstacles during the run. Like a Spartan race.) It was only a training race for me, but I was happy, because all of the race was cancelled recently. It includes a specialy start. Every 20 minute can start one racer. The race is being 4 days long. (Two weekend, this and next.) The run wasn't so good, becasue the tempature was -5 celisus, and the soil was so hard and bumpy that my ankle didn't like it. The obstacles were good, and I could done all of them without mistakes, although the strenght training have been missing from my life for a while. Perhaps I haven't fallen becuse my hands frozen there on the iron obctacles. :-)

I had an OCR race today. (OCR means there are obstacles during the run, like a Spartan race.) It was only a practice race for me, but I was happy, because the race had previously been cancelled. It includes a special start. Every 20 minutes, one runner can start. The race is 4 days long over two weekends (this and next weekend.) The run wasn't great, because the temperature was -5 Celsius, and the soil was so hard and bumpy that it hurt my ankle. The obstacles were fine, and I could have done all of them without a mistake, but I haven't done any strength training in a while. Perhaps I didn't fall because my hands froze on the iron obstacles. :-)
Nice paragraph. I wasn't exactly sure what the last sentence meant.
