Hello,
I want to write about my trip to Czech Republic, Praha that I had several weeks ago. It was a trip by a bus organized by a travel agency in Lithuania. It was about 4 days long (including time spent on a bus) and during that time we were exploring the Praha. The is city very beautiful and etc but the most interesting part was our trip back.
We were going along the highway and our bus driver decided to take a shorter route that is going through small cities and villages. He was using navigation from this phone that doesn‘t show routes specially for buses and trucks. If he had used navigation for trucks or buses he wouldn‘t have chosen the shorter route. So he was driving and the bridge above the road appeared in front of us and one of the passengers started yelling „Moron, do you know the height of the bus“. The bus driver hit the brakes but it was already too late, the bus crashed into the bridge.
The crash happened in a small city of Czech Republic so local people immediately came to help. They called an ambulance and a police and helped to rip off the bus door so we could get out. Everyone was fine, some of the people had some small bruises but nothing serious happened to anyone. They lead us to the local cafe where we were waiting for another bus. The waiting was really long, it took 12 hours to arrive for another bus. And also there was still ~16 hours of traveling back home.
It isn't a whole story, there is more but it didn't fit in one post. So I will create another post.
