Hello, I want to write about my trip to Prague in the Czech Republic that I had done several weeks ago. It was a trip by bus organized by a travel agency in Lithuania. It was about 4 days long (including time spent on the bus) and during that time we were exploring Prague. This city is very beautiful but the most interesting part was our trip back. We were going along the highway and our bus driver decided to take a shorter route that was going through small cities and villages. He was using navigation from this phone that didn't show routes for buses and trucks. If he had used navigation for trucks or buses he wouldn‘t have chosen the shorter route. So he was driving and the bridge above the road appeared in front of us and one of the passengers started yelling, "Moron, do you know the height of the bus?“ The bus driver hit the brakes but it was already too late. The bus crashed into the bridge. The crash happened in a small city of the Czech Republic, so local people immediately came to help. They called an ambulance and a police officer helped to rip off the bus door so we could get out. Everyone was fine, some of the people had some small bruises but nothing serious happened to anyone. They lead us to the local cafe where we were waiting for another bus. The wait was really long. It took 12 hours for another bus to arrive, and on top of that there were still about 16 hours of travel to get back home. It isn't the whole story. There is more but it couldn't fit into one post. So I will write another post.
