"She considers her a good teacher" is fine. My only quibble is not to make pronouns confusing. If you are talking about two people, I would suggest using a proper name for one of them: "She considers Marina a good teacher." But if you are only talking about one person, you should say, "She considers herself a good teacher."

“She considers her a good teacher” is the correct option. Personally, I would have said “she considers her to be a good teacher” as Michael said, it sounds more natural.
