Hi! How can I say "not so often as before" in other words?
Rarer, less often, less?
For ex. I use social media less (rarer, less often).

Less than before
OR
Less often than before

Not as often as before.
For example: "I have been busy the last few years. I still visit my home country but not as often as before. "
Avoid rarer.

I rarely use social media now.
You can't really user rarer, because it means it was fairly rare to start with (unless that is true.)
My use of social media is getting rarer and rarer.
