I was reading some old posts of mine and I catched some mistakes on there. Some grammar points I didn't get at the time when I was writing them, but now I can understand why are they wrong and what are the mistakes, that I have made.

Past tense of catch is caught. You can rephrase the second sentence to be more concise. Example: Some of the grammar points that I didn't get at the time I wrote them, I now understand why they were wrong and the mistakes I made.
