First of all COVID-19 has bring many different ways to do simple things. Since go out for a walk to stay at home or with your family. Now I’m careful about who is so close to me, about who I’m going to talk. At work, we are doing same things in less time, I think this is good, we have realized that sometimes we loose too much time. Now when I’m at home I try to work out, we can see how fragile is the life and maybe we are more conscious about the importance of our health.
