1.The director wasn`t satisfied and let us go until we stopped missing steps and showed an excellent play at the dress rehearsal. 2. Actors tried so hard to give it their all that when they went to curtain call they received uproarious applause. 3. Never in million years that actor has played so well. It was because the play was a vehicle. 4. Every playwright gets a creative license, but not everyone can make it spectacular. 5. The director thought that it was time to write that play off, but unexpctedly it received standing ovation at the finale. 6. The pupil skipped the lesson all the time, but after the speaking with a dean, he got his act together. 7. The successful play on the stage is the result of collaborative effort of all people, not only actors. 8. I don`t like black comedies, they are too cruel. 9. I can`t stand doing work in the nick of time. 10. If your friend wants to say their piece, it`s not polite to interrupt them.
