What does "muscles" mean in this case where an Irish restaurant owner is talking about his restaurant?
Is it a typo of "mussels" or does it mean "workers/labor"?
"We use over 20 different producers here from the craft beers, to the whiskey, to the muscles, to the vegetables, to the meats, the lambs."

It appears to be a typo. Since the owner is referring to food in the sentence, I assume the word should be "mussels."
