What’s the difference between “intend to do something” and “intend doing something”? Please, give me some examples. Thanks.

The second example isn't grammatically correct. This construction needs the infinitive, not the gerund.
To appropriately use the gerund, you would need to construct it like this:
He intends to be doing...
He intended to be doing...
