Here live more 11 million people. London is located at the Temza River. This city is very old and beautiful. It was founded more than 2000 years ago. London traditionally is divided in several parts: the City, the Westminster, the West End and the East End. The City is the oldest part of London. Its financial and business center. The Westminster is the official part of aristocratic London. It includes Buckingham Palace, that is the Queens residence, and the houses of Parliament. The West End is the most beautiful part of London. The best hotels, restaurants, shops, clubs and so on are situated there. The East End is the Industrial area of London. There is situated a lot factories and the port of London.

It’s a financial and business centre. Westminster is the official part of aristocratic London. It includes Buckingham Palace, that is the Queens residence, and the Houses of Parliament. The East End is the industrial area of London, where you can find a lot factories as well as the Port of London.
I changed the last bit to sound more natural and to avoid repeating “situated”. Great work!
