Could you tell me what's the difference between crimes and criminal offences?

Crime is the general term while criminal offences is a legal term. Hope this helps :)

There's no difference. An offence is a breach of any law or regulations, but a car parking offence is not usually considered to be a crime. A criminal offence is a crime, though.

You can generally use them interchangably. Crime is slightly broader.
